LB7: Overdrive lockout switch

Is this a part # of a switch or something that can be installed for a OD lockout switch? My dad has an '01 and would REALLY like the OD lockout.... Can it be done with reflashing his TCM to a newer year or does it need additional hardware (i know there's no CIL for it on his truck, but would the switch work the same as say in an '05 with an '05 TCM flash?)
C1-12 c1-28 on the grey plug on the TCM is where you wire the interminten switch
c1-20 is for a optional light
need a specific TCM tune for it to work

Happen to know which tcm? I have the '05 TCM out of my truck, but obviously don't want to do anything wrong. His is an early '01...... is there one in the middle that we need to do this?
Thanks for the wiring info! Do you happen to know wire colors of each of those pins just so i for sure don"t get the wrong wires? Also, the intermittent switch goes between the 12 and 28 pins, rights?
