LLY: Looking for opinions

A friend of mine is begging me for A 66/72 t4 I have. It's still on the s300 frame bought it from edyears ago. Is it a bad idea to run that as a single or should I go the s400 route. U was gonna send the little girl to fleece and have billetwheels installed but have the good old s366 outdated now?

The 400 is a way stronger turbo. I know there are a lot of 300 ones other there but it seems like it's only a matter of time before it comes apart

I would run a conservative twin after doing a fresh rebuild over stock
