I saw this listed for sale online. What are the specs on it compared to a stock LMM turbo? How is the exhaust brake compared to a stock turbo? Thanks

The stock turbo in all 04.5-16 Dmax are GT3788va. Unfortunately there are many different designs of this same turbo.
The only measurement “gt3788va” gives us is the exducer size of the compressor wheel at “88”mm based on the “Gt37va” Cartridge. You can have multiple compressor wheel inducer sizes, many different turbine inducer/exducer dimensions, different turbine A/R, and most importantly for exhaust brakes.. many different vane dimensions.
Turbo part number will give us a better idea of how it will perform for you.

It also has 736554-0015. 759622-0005. 790032-0004. Probably LLY turbo, LBZ turbo, and LMM turbo if I had to guess.
If you're looking for a stock/OEM replacement turbo you would want PN 848212-5001S for 04.5-10 (LLY needs an adapter, PN 771864-0001). That replaces all of the PNs you've listed. The LMM turbo, OEM wise, is the least desirable in the aftermarket world due to it's shorter shaft.
