I would use something that is ok for heat and vaccum

oil line is 16mm x 1.5 pitch and then probably a 3/8" on the turbo
use braided hose and come off the PS front of block right beside the oil pump
or come off the oil cooler

I actually cut the flange off the 4" intake I had and used sealant and then screwed it onto a 5" chunk of pipe....Its ghetto but seals and works

O i thought you meant you were using McMaster tubing for your intake...Sweetdiesel, what is your intake made of? I am going to try and run the coolant lines and the PCV lines tonight...I am not too good in this department, I have been looking at diagrams all afternoon trying to plan out how to do it.i removed the hard pipe that fed the turbo and I think my plan is to run the heater core outlet into the thermostat housing return pipe and run the 3/8ths line off the thermostat bypass pipe up to the turbo return bypass valve on the pipe going into the top of the thermostat housing. i think i will have covered all of them. hmmm.

I used hose also....not from mcmaster but same difference:)

if you look in the picture you can see i removed and blocked the thermostat on the upper coolant line and have a 3/8s tap further upstream

at the opposite end I use a K&N 5" ID filter that is joined to the hose with a 5" piece of pipe ( old exhaust tip )

I dont really think it is good to reduce the size of your intake JMO

well she runs again...finally!!! i ordered the Mcmaster hose for the intake but it won't be here till Wednesday at least. spent 3 hours fabbing up a new/used exhaust that dumps out before the rear Pass. side tire. sounds pretty badass:cool2:. approximately how long does it take to pull that motor mount on the driver's side?

Let me know if you need a hose made for the oil supply line. I have one here I can duplicate for you at work.

Also, I have a plug for the coolant crossover(black crossover piece) that can help make more room and give the top of the engine a cleaner look.

Just let me know if I can be of some help.

which coolant crossover? i welded the hard pipe closed where the turbo bypass valve was and just ran the heater core return into the old EGR return and tee-d into it with the 3/8" turbo feed line off the front of the motor...i wasn't sure if i should cap that or not so i just ran it.

how much for that oil feed line?
