305/50/20 How many revs per km

I just got some 305 50 20's and they are 32.2 inches tall. 646 revs per mile.
I type in 646 revs per mile in the Efi live speedo calculator and it tells me something like 401 revs per km, but if I put in 32.2 it tells me 389
