    I have a 6.6 Ltr duramax engine with turbo issues. the turbo making a whining noise when i accelerate and when i take my foot off , i think its called spooling anyway the problem im having is the turbo is making this noise but the turbo doesnt seem to be kicking in at all, the engine managment...
