I just built one.

antec 300 case
750w coolmax power supply
Asus p8p67 motherboard
Intel i7 2600
16 gb Kingston hyperX ram
asus GeForce 430 1gb graphics
WD caviar blue 250gb harddrive sata 6.0

I don't play games so video wasn't an issue, I deal with graphic software like corel. If I were to do it over I'd go to the 2600k but I wouldn't change anything else. With me working on it during the day it still makes 30kppd+. I read alot of reviews, and I'm happy with what I built.

How do you like the Kingston HyperX ram? I have always been a Corsair guy but maybe time to change. Have you overclocked it at all?

It's running at 4ghz now. I let the Mobo handle the overclock with it's software since I've never overclocked any of my computers.
Ive always had good luck with Kingston memory, I've used it and gskill in every computer I've built. I haven't built one in quite a while but the one I built last in 2005 is still running. It restates for updates, and when the power is out more than a few hours.
