It is optional. I believe it's $400-500. We do not have back to back data to support the cost benefits but I definitely do not see it hurting anything.

No clue. We still have a long way to go to get down to the weight we want. Going to gut the bed and interior but keep the a/c and windows. May try to spray and pray to 9's but I will be happy with low 10's if it stays together long enough to enjoy it for a while.
