Default HTT LLY Turbo Kit Install Instructions:

Courtesy of Ben (DuraToTheMax):

Since the HTT is using the BD pedestal system, the BD LB7 instructions can help as well:

Amendment to Ben's instructions: use the BD method for oiling, BD doesnt supply you with the fittings to run from the factory oil/cam journal. You must use BD aux supply directions.

I had an old version of the BD kit, which had oiling coming from the stock location. Thats how I setup my McRat/HT turbo and its still working fine from the stock location.

You might be able to work around it.

how do you have the EGR up-pipe manifold blocked off?

Welding/bolting a plate cover on it will not work. It will vibrate and crack the little flex pipe.

It might be worth your time to find a stepped hose for the turbo outlet. It's probably at least 1/4" in diameter larger than the stock charger. I had one hell of a time trying to get it one.

You'll also run into a lot of "each truck is different" situations.

The first test drive makes it all worth it though!
