You kinda get good at working with little things....if it is your job...:rofl:...naaaa we do a few jobs that we hold .000010 clearance and continue to hold a roundness callout....so .0000xx is a cake walk....very interesting stuff though....- duramaxn

air gaging...only good way to check it...if your in a controlled temp. environment....things work nicely....ya its .0000XX clearance...its tight but very measurable...we do it all day long...- duramaxn

Ive got one of Guys Billets that I Internal balanced out with Heavy metal......lots and lots of machine work and mallory....but it came out perfect...I think the internal balence is going to be the ticket...- duramaxn

Love SolidEdge V20 Ive got V20 at work and really like it. That is what I have designed everything on. I do alot of presicion plunger/barrel reverse engineering for Super Stock tractors and has worked really well. This is what I play on all day and is fairly user friendly.- duramaxn
