    I bought the PPEI 5 tune package and I'm having trouble with the maxx tune file. I reached out to DPP several times but it's gotten me no where. I get the 0331 error code around 50% when I install the tune. I was informed to do a full flash with the a flash but I get the 502 error I think I did...
