    A thought on tap shift for the LBZ swap

    The tapshift works off resistance so I'm thinking you could use the stock shifter and add two buttons with the right resistance. This will work if the 5 speed shifter will put the gears into the right positions. Just a thought I wanted to throw out there.

    someting interesting that I found while swaping a Kodiak Max

    I swapped an LB7 from a 2500HD into this Kodiak, while I was swapping everything over I found out one of the studs for the down pipe is in a different spot. Everything else looks to be the same, but the one stud. I just though that was wierd.

    I hauled off a 69 F250 a couple weeks ago that has a bad trans. The guy had it rebuilt, put it in, but it won't shift past second and reverse doesn't work either. I checked the kick down and linkage. Is there an adjustment or something I can check?
