Motor doesn't shake. If you drive it besides the noise it drives smooth as it always has. Timing belt was changed at 146k miles according to service receipts from prev owner. I'll get deeper into it tomorrow. I'll try to pinpoint the noise alittle better, the noise is so damn loud it's alittle...- D-MaxMike

Wondering if anyone has any idea where to start. She was driving home and this knock started. Oil is full, no smoke out of exhaust, no cel, thought of poss dmf but when I press the clutch sound does not change. After it starts takes about a minute to start knocking. Thanks for the reply. Had it towed to the dealer. When key was turned to ON had no dash lights other then "brake". Light. Been told ecm is fried but I'm still able to get code p0381 out of it so don't know if the source is correct. Waiting to hear back from dealer. Just odd i drive it last night...- D-MaxMike
