Assuming the backspacing is within range, you shouldn't have any problem. -
16"x7" rims?
Which 16x7 rims? PYOs? 2001-2007.5 and possibly 2008 HD trucks came from the factory with the 16x6.5" forged rims. 2008-2010 came with 17x7.5 cast varieties. Here's what they look like: Chevrolet P25 GMC N89 -

Right. Console overrides floor shift. No console? You choose how it shifts, regardless of trim level.- callie454

I can't get over how they're using the same wheels as the '11-'14 LMLs. I'm guessing that any new rolling stock will be released for 2017. -
