So I see I have coolant leaking on the passenger side on the Allison where that plate cover is. While in there looking around I see my passenger uppipe has a bolt broken off. Eek! No soot in the area but I'm not liking this.

Ok, I've ordered the whole harness. I'll see if I can Google a how-to on the replacement.
My as well do the internal filter while I'm at it. Never been done and truck is at 163K miles.

So when diagnosing a defective TCM, when I pulled off the plug from the back of the Ally, there looked like some transmission fluid seepage in the plug.
Would this have been the cause of the TCM failure?
Should I order a MA replacement pass thru connector or is this a non issue. No leaking...

If possible I need all the lengths of the stock bolts as I am returning my manifold to stock and have thrown out the old hardware from when I upgraded my manifolds.
I have an LML, I pitched out the original hardware. I'd love to go with the DHD kit but I'm in Canada and the shipping is almost as much as the kit is :(
My radiator is doing the samething but I've been putting off the repair as it only looses a litre of coolant every 6 months.
Is changing out the radiator a big job on the LML?
