Why go with a Van thermostat housing?
Exactly what the A team said. Plus long story short my trucks Frankenstein truck. Like 01 with 05 heads, injectors, but fuel rail systems is 07. Anyways the coolant hose to the thermostat is hard to get not to leak bc it mounts off on valve cover a bit. So I'm changing to van thermostat housing...- bonomax

what exactly is a danville stage 2 street motor? I think that might better help answer your question. I do know danville does great work and mark knows his shit, so either way I would trust what mark says. -

i missed that second post. my buddies truck did same thing at idle low desired and high actually fuel rail pressure. hence the fuel pressure regulator on CP3 pump is not regulator the pressure correctly which mean bad FPR. their not too bad to replace and dont need remove the pump. -

i had two LB7 turbo go bad on me. one was original turbo with 100k miles on it, bearing went bad and chewed up compressor wheel bad. second one same as you broke waste gate flap off. So I got used turbo took the hot side off and had it modded back to old hot side specs port and polish. sucks i...
