    It should bleed itself out of the system. Did you remove cp3 gear? Maybe try running it for a bit off starter fluid to see if it will Push it through.

    You pulled complete motor apart or just wire harness and fuel system? If the truck ran before with same pump and injectors then it’s more than likely you did something in reinstall.

    And did you reconnect the supply line while fuel was still coming out? I have had one still not build pressure by turning key off then connecting fuel line. I had to let fuel continue pumping out while connecting back to cp3.

    Make sure it shows commanding and actual rail pressure. Should be maxed out.l for both while cranking.

    Disconnect fpr plug and try t start it and see what cranking rail pressure is while trying. It may start just sound rough.

    Supply line from lift pump/fuel tank.

    Don’t see attached codes, if you have a lift pump crack the line at the cp3 and let it pump fuel to it until you see it coming out then tighten line back up. Sometimes a little air pocket can cause this. I’ve had a few do this. Easier with two guys so it doesn’t make as big a mess.

    bump. Still can not figure it out. Replaced engine wire harness, injectors, cp3. smooth as can be when cold and runs good but when up to temp lopes bad. The more you drive it down the road the worse it runs. played with the fass pump, bypassed it checked for leaks/sucking air. once you drive it...

    Yes I saw that, I think that log isn’t very accurate as I logged it again today and it was higher along with throttle position at 0% instead of 9% in park then took it for a drive and injector lifted. Previous owner did a bad helicoil job on it. Just got it fixed and will test again tomorrow.

    I just put another cp3 in today. There is a log in my earlier post that anyone wants to look at. That cp3 was weaker. But same issues with the lope when warm and constant surge while driving.

    So drove it a little more and any easy throttle it surges/ jumps. Set cruise down low around 50mph and it does it too. Any ideas?

    They are 33’s. Never had a issue until going bigger than 35’s and that’s on lmm’s. I don’t think tire size is the problem. I’ve tuned lb7’s and Lly’s with 37’s no issue.

    Do you have the link to that thread? I’ve adjusted tire size in tune, never had a issue like this before with tire size except on lmm+ and those would throw abs and park brake light. Never seen/heard of the abs module needing calibrated, but haven’t looked into them that much.

    It’s pretty easy to do. Longest process is the prep of course. Wire wheel to it makes it easier. I think total for me was like $100. Little under maybe.
