    chinese "bosch"?

Is there a price cutoff thats likely a knockoff? I see $20-40 ones, $100-200 ones from the online diesel shops, then $250-400 ones that look legitimate. Are the $100 ones like josh mentioned the way to go? By the way I found bulk shipment of 1000+ for $1 each straight from china, no wonder...

LML Hey Nerds! Wireless Charging Ideas Needed

I put one on my 2015. I found a youtube video on it. Just get a decent one thats thin enough to fit and cut a hole for the usb cord to slip near the hinge and plug in.

    Air bags

X2. I will add that our LML has bags just inside the tire on the outside of the frame. I like this style better than the ones that replace the bumpstop between the frame and axle. They seem to ride better unloaded.

    LML Starter grind

Our '11 LML has ground the starter every so often and is getting more frequent. Going to replace the starter and flywheel. Can I use one from an LBZ? I have the flywheel left over from another project. The truck is all stock and has 115k on it.

    2014 lml no start intermittent

edit: I'll try that. Hate it when people log in once and don't give any follow up.

    2014 lml no start intermittent

Any update with this? We have had the same issue. We drove 2 hours to the truck to put new batteries in (my sister drives it) got there and fired right up. Both batteries test out good.

    LBZ pedal connector

Just to clarify, is this for a lbz swap into lly/lb7 or can you stick a lbz pedal in an lly? I've always like the plastic pedal better.

    ZF6 cooling needed

I was told once to bump the idle up once by a friend to make it easier to take off without killing. I hated it, and made it jerky and hard to keep steady. I found lowering the idle allowed me to ride the clutch more and actually easier taking off and backing up.

    ZF6 cooling needed

I found lowering the idle did wonders for being able to back trailers up nicely in 2wd in my rclb. A little heavier truck like yours would probably be a little smoother backing up with the dual disc clutch.

    LLY: Hood Options

Could do a 01-02 hd hood cut to fit the GMC lights. I always have liked the looks of them.

Underhood. I had to do it to my old LLY once after it sat a while without batteries in it.

    Lbz into 02 zf6

I was close to giving up on it. The LBZ sounds so smooth, especially out of an s480. Just pulling it out of the shop and turning it around was all the motivation I need for another 2 years.

    Lbz into 02 zf6

Well it runs, turns out I was going in circles with the data lines. I had to remove the twisted pair for the gpcm to get things talking. Starting with a manual harness would have been much easier. Now to get my oil cooler sealed up, and a tune to get the engine broken in before I start on the...

LB7: What to look for in used long block?

^^ good advise right there. Dual disc and a good set of injectors would be the first things on my list. You could do studs when doing injectors. 450hp would be no problem.
