    Sounds like an enhancement the forum software could consider adding.... Add a button to copy the private thread public, but when one user selects that, everyone else in the thread gets a message asking if they approve of making it public or not. One 'no' answer and it won't be done.

    What it sounds like to me is something along the lines of someone sending a pm, the contents of which aren't really private and would make a decent public thread, with an option to "convert to public thread' or something like that.

    Data shows B1S1 starts low voltage (10-20mv) then appears to start switching normally. B1S2 goes high (700-800mv) at about the same time, which I believe is normal as if the cats are working right, you shouldn't see the rich/lean switching post cat, and both B2 sensors stay low, less than 100mv.

Since the way she described it sounded more like a torque converter issue, didn't think to bring the smoke machine. If that doesn't show any leaks, then I'm not sure... I did score an ECM...

    From what I can find, 2-7 g/s seems to be normal at idle. I also read someone commenting that his rule of thumb was 1 g/s per liter of displacement, but of course a 'rule of thumb' can have variation. The boot between the air cleaner housing and intake is fine, I took it off to check it good...

    So I did something stupid this weekend.....

    The LTG isn't a horrible engine for a 4 banger. My wife has a '15 Malibu with it. But the newer version in the Cadillacs I've driven with it SUCKS. Gutless, noisy, vibrate like crazy and sound like they're going to rapidly disassemble themselves if you lay into them.

    I don't think so... I do have that and tried it, but it failed on the bench due to no VTD module. If SPS/TIS2000 is required, then definitely not. EFILive can do it. What I'm referring to is the scan tool version of the 30 minute relearn procedure.

    Does anyone here have a Genuine Tech 2 on the current/final version (33.004)? I would swear there was a way to do a VATS relink using a Tech 2, but I can't find it for the life of me.
