    Stealth 64 Rebuild?

That's good info, man. Thanks. The kit from KC arrived today. Now I need to find time to actually do it...

    Stealth 64 Rebuild?

I decided to go with this kit: https://kcturbos.com/products/360-extreme-rebuild-kit?variant=8188725067864 This company seems to be really good with the Garrett's in 6.0 Powerstrokes, which are very similar turbos. And the kit looks more complete than KB's. I'm hoping to have time to get this...

    Stealth 64 Rebuild?

Thanks for confirming that I don't need a rebalance. That's what I was thinking as well. I may try to contact Duramaxtuner, but my previous experience with their customer support hasn't been the best.

    Stealth 64 Rebuild?

I looked my exhaust over with an inspection mirror today. I don't see soot anywhere. Is there a better way to check for leaks?

    Stealth 64 Rebuild?

I'll make sure I check that. The up pipes are the same age as the turbo, but I guess that doesn't necessarily mean they couldn't leak.

    Stealth 64 Rebuild?

Hi guys, I need expert advice. I've had a DuramaxTuner Stealth 64 in my LLY for about 3 years now. Overall, it's done ok. I've been reading on here about guys who didn't fair so well. Lately though, it's getting slower on spool-up, EGTs go higher than I'd like, and it makes a...

    Best ball joint

I vote for TTX as well. We've installed a number of those on personal vehicles and customer's. They also offer wheel bearings. Can't speak to Kryptonite, never tried them. Moog, in my experience, are poor at best.

    sac45 idle

I'd appreciate if you would share the tune. I'm currently working on my own LB7 with SAC45s from LDS. I plan to share my DSP tune when I get it all dialed in. I'm currently working on a touchy pedal, and cleaning up haze.

2014 Camaro SS LML Build Thread

The A2L link doesn't work for me. I wouldn't mind looking at the file if you re-upload it.

    Snap On vs. Autel

I have both brands in my shop and the Snap-on tools come out of the drawer multiple times a day, while the Autel is maybe used once a week. Might be mostly personal preference on my part, but the usability of Snap-on is hard to beat. Autel does tend to have more features on some makes, but...

    weird fuel pressure issues

Have you adjusted table B1012? That is an idle specific table.

    Failed visual test

Yes, the plate comes off with the 4 Phillips screws. The picture 2004LB7 attached above shows correct install order. The spring fits into an opening in the valve cover, and the rubber diaphragm goes on top.

    Failed visual test

You'll need to remove the plate to know for sure. The rubber flange and spring are the important parts here.

    Failed visual test

Yes, and I should add, getting that tube wouldn't be a bad idea either. They might want to see all original parts to pass the visual inspection.

    Failed visual test

This is the diaphragm I mentioned. Looks like you can get replacements. https://dansdieselperformance.com/i-30502205-pcv-valve-kit-lb7-lly-2001-2005-duramax.html

    Failed visual test

Actually, that is nothing but a tube with a Y connection. The "Positive" part of the system is a little diaphragm on each valve cover that has a small spring and rubber valve built in. I ripped out the rubber and the spring when I rerouted mine. If the same mod was done to yours, the vacuum from...

    Newbie tuning

All good advice above. I would add that Starlite diesel has an excellent manual for a very reasonable price. That's what I started with.

    LB7 Exhaust

There are still a few stores that sell systems if you look hard enough. Personally, I think Flo-Pro is top notch. Here are a few stores that sell their sytems. https://dieseldiy.com/product-category/duramax-engines/2001-2007-duramax-6-6l-lb7-lly-lbz/...

Efi live question motors lmm 07

Like the other guys are saying, the replacement ECM will likely be flashed using GM's software at the shop when it's installed. Your Autocal should have the custom tunes on it. All you need to do is do a full flash when you get the truck back.

    Scripting Question?

^What he said.^ Just don't copy all differences. The ones to do are things like fuel rate, torque, main pulse, main timing, and boost. I would leave differences in pilot injection alone. And definitely fuel tank setting, gear ratios, etc
