    The seals are flat and wide, and seem to be made of an almost plastic-like material. They need to be stretched over the injector, then compressed in place. You just need 2 tools, a cone to slide the seal over, and a sleeve to slide over the injector. This kit looks like it would work.

    Can't remember off the top of my head, does your truck have scan tool PIDs for both supply and rail pressure? If so, I'd monitor both and try to duplicate the long crank.     Exactly. The simplest way to check if it is serial is to plug in your Efilive hardware, and under the tune menu select "switch tunes". If you can successfully select a tune level, then it's a serial switching tune.

    Actually, it's the up pipe you want. The passenger's side is the one with the riser. And you don't need to stick to GM for up pipes. There are better aftermarket options. But if you decide to leave the driver's side up pipe as is, it will bolt up to an LML manifold.

    sac45 idle

    This tune helped me with my truck. I never really had problems with idle haze. More so at mid 30-40% throttle before it got up to temp. It seems much better with some of this tunes' tables copied in. I'm going to post the DSP5 tune that's in my truck in a separate thread.
