    L5P problems

Saw a truck like you're describing that had a bad air filter. Under load the filter would suck into the intake tube.

2015 LML random o-ring after doing deletes.

If not the turbo inlet, check if the seal is in place at for this pipe. It's an Oring if my memory serves correctly.

    My TDI tuning adventure

I wish it was that simple, but I don't think Efi live will let you load the BIN.

LB7 DSP5 with SAC45s, LBZ reg, Built Trans

I would recommend using your stock file and copying my tables. I could do it for you if you upload your tune or send it in a PM

    Colorado speedometer won't correct.

Yes, the V8 editor has a built in calculator. Since you know the MPH change you need, I would go to the Speedo Fine Tuning tab, enter your values, and then multiply H0105 by the correction value given.

    Colorado speedometer won't correct.

I'm not sure why that wouldn't work, but I can say from my experience that changing H0105 corrects the speedometer.

LB7 LML Allison 1000 conversion & swap ext.

You're swapping the whole powertrain, or just the transmission? As Jason said, it really not worth it either way. You could swap the valve body from the 15 trans to yours, but it will require a lot a wiring changes internally to make it work. Then you will need a tune to enable 6th gear...

Axiom & Reaper Axle "Group Buy/Forum Discount"

I had a bad experience with a Kryptonite wheel bearing. Brand new out of box it had a bad tone ring. Couldn't see the problem, but it showed up in scanner data. I had to buy a new bearing and ship the old one back, I paid shipping both ways BTW, before they would credit me. Also, the new bearing...

    buying a 1500

I'm just curious, did he have a remote tune or dyno tune? I've done lots of basic DOD delete tunes, and if there's a good source for especially trans tunes, I'd like to look into it.

LMM tune help - WILL PAY$$$

In addition to the good advice above, there's a lot of good info and some tunes right here on the forum. You don't want to flash any random tune directly into your truck, but you can compare them to stock and get an idea of what changes are needed.

    Glow plugs

My observation has been that the L5P is a lot more picky about what it will flag as a "bad" glow plug. There are 4 or 5 different fault code descriptions, compared to 1 or 2 on older trucks. But it's probably also a sign of the decline in quality that seems to affect just about everything, sadly.

    LM2 tuning?

So, yes. The Start/Stop controls are in the ECM. But HP does not have them mapped. Nothing a little custom mapping can't fix though ;)

    LM2 tuning?

I would double check if you have a E46 or E66. The pickups had the E46 up to 22 but SUVs got it sooner. I'm 99% sure the controls are in the ECM. I'll look into it more later

    L5P L5P Tuning

Motorops won't sell to the US anymore AFAIK. You can probably find a smaller operation who will do MPVI tunes still, but most of the bigger names are pushing the RTD really hard
