    @Bdsankey Brad - could he just be starting to run out of cp3? 60 over LB7's should be right at the top of the scale for a 10mm, no? I have 65 overs and went to a 12mm and FASS 250.

    ^^^ yep. You can prove it to yourself by splicing in a coolant pressure gauge. GM has a spec for max operating pressure and how much it should drop overnight. I did this when I was hemming and hawing about it being a possible head gasket. It was. Super tiny failure.

    His totaled truck is a '14 and he loved it. He had just over 100k on it and it was tuned. Massive difference between stock and tuned, even with no power added. The DOD delete, tip in changes, and trans tuning are pretty much mandatory IMHO.

    I've had good luck shutting off DOD before SHTF, with EFI Live. So far no one has had a problem when it's shut off first. Most of my friends have chebbys :)

    Or go to a spring shop and have them make you up new ubolts and a couple of extra leaves. I did that on a few trucks that were saggy, lol. It lasted longer than a re-arch and was cheap. If it's even money though, I'd do the SS for the advantages over just more leaf pack.

    I'm pretty sure that SuperSprings sells a set that adds 3K lbs of capacity. You could slap them in and then see if you need to add an additional leaf per side after.
