That’s not too bad. My Kodiak’s fan screams with the solid hub. Fiberglass hood and no real engine bay sealing doesn’t help.- darkness

I don’t know how much of the stereo you will lose other than the sub in the center console. You will need to change the passenger knee bolster/glove box section. But a jump seat will bolt right in. I did the exact opposite in my “04 way back when. Depending on your color, I still have the knee...- darkness

2002 2500 HD interior question
I have the same issue in my ‘02. It’s a shit spot for a cup holder and the arm rest in the center does just fine. I taped mine in the closed position. Those center consoles are widely available on market place.- darkness

Fuel pressure vs fuel temp, which is more important.
So this last weekend my fuel cooler I put on the Kodiak sprung a leak. I think the fan rubbed a hole in it. I bypassed the cooler to get home and watched the fuel temps Pretty close. At the rpm and mm3 I seem to cruise at with my trailer puts my MPa 150-160. Im wanting to put it around...- darkness

Obviously you only used the short block from the lb7? I’d start checking connections looking for bent or pushed in pins- darkness
