    Don't run a hot tune meant for stock injectors. There are a few threads here with tune files posted talking about changes for SAC style injectors (if that's what you have). Also if you have the injector flow sheets, you can utilize that to rough in a pulse width map as a starter

    If you ever get to where you need something thicker than a C gasket, shave some off the pistons. Most shops when they modify the bowls on an OE set they'll cut .010 off the top. And IIRC without looking at the catalog the Mahle pistons are available with a -.010 compression height

    Measure the piston in line with the wrist pin bore. I've never bothered with a straight edge and feeler stock, too much human influence. Deck bridge and a dial indicator

    Like Brad said, won't go together except the p1 sun gear, 6 speed ("Gen 4") changed to a high helix gear. I'd just toss the whole 5spd gear set in it or take Brad up on his offer

    Like Ike said, measure how much room you have and run biggest possible. I'd have to measure what I ended up buying (I'm guessing the 6x11) but it's big enough that I have to put the filter in the air box and THEN feed the intake tube down into it

    I was running an AFE Prodry on mine, tried to get the largest one possible but at the time their options were limited. Ended up with a PowerDriven filter, R2C was making them but I thought R2C went under? Either way I've had great luck with mine

    I'd find out for sure what model converter it is, I doubt they decided on the DK stall for an S400 based single turbo. Probably an R or BX

    Lots of China knock offs floating around on Easybay. Best bet is to go through a reputable Bosch dealer, if you're not paying close to $2k for stock sized injectors they're probably junk

    I haven't seen it myself, that's what my brother said was it calls for 0w20. I think he's just going to run T6 5w40

    The info I've found has HPT charging $800 for their ecm service on the E66 which supposedly covers 2021+, they claim full access but I haven't seen anybody talking about the auto start function being part of the ecm or if it's in the bcm

    Thanks. Yes I've seen the Auto Start boxes that basically just "push the button" for you every start up. Seems to be the cheapest option but I like permanent solutions, we'll see

    Anyone messed with the ECM on the newer 3.0L LM2? 2021 to be exact, not really asking for deletes, more on the ability to turn off the auto start/stop permanently. I see HP tuners supports them but wasn't sure if those tables were available

    He's not liking the way the turbo spools for his driving style, I'd look at a small vgt drop in turbo and just live with it at 600-650hp

    What don't you understand? There's a couple names I don't recognize but looks like they didn't miss any steps. Limiting factor as it sits is the turbo size
