    Lucky enough to heavenly Luckily I have only been under the valve cover 1 time. Was just a thought. I would think if the injector is up that far, there is something else going on there. As mentioned, double copper washers at the bottom?

    The issue in the hydraulic over air might be input pressure. It states 2,000psi. IIRC hydraulic brake pressure can be much more than that.

    I've seen a few setups from hot shot drivers that have air brakes on there trailers. None seem to have automatic breaking but in stead use the column mounted air valve and just manually apply.

    Just because the temperature is up does not mean the fuel has reached the non cloud point. You may need to wait a bit longer for the tank to warm up. Remember the more volume of fuel in the tank, the longer it will take to warm up. You can try pushing a few PSI of air through the filler neck...

    Filter. Even if you just changed it, start there. Filter head will usually give you starting issues unless you have a lift pump, then it could start leaking. Rubber fuel line on the driver side between he cab and the engine is a known weak point that will collapse under load.

    If you had a way to drill and tap the hole to intercept the angled section of the groove in the top of the head that would help minimize the air. Ideally you would want to drill and tap it at the center. Is this filter head pre lift pumps?
