    I've absolutely seen material plug an injector while sitting, either from being suspended in fuel/created by the pump or just water causing rust/growth etc so it is possible in my opinion.

    You should be fine. Go take your truck to a scale and see what it weighs on each axle. Then compare that the weight rating of your tires and see how much "capacity" you have available.

    This is the filter I stock at my shop for the same exact reason. For ages Racor made the TP3018 but when the LML came out they switched manufacturers. I do not know who makes them now.

    Personally, I think Kennedy is stuck in the past, as that is not something anyone recommends today. He's a smart guy but I do not share his opinion. As for injector sizing, I wouldn't run anything smaller than a 60% if you're going above stock output, as 30% doesn't really gain you anything...

    Timken bearings are available but they are not anywhere near the quality they were years ago. Production has moved to a cheap supplier it seems and they have not been an industry leader for this market in a few years in terms of quality.
