    Finally broke down and bought a new L5P. Has pretty much everything I wanted except the interior color. I really like the cocoa/dune, but it looked like I would have had to special order to get one. Definitely the nicest vehicle I’ve ever had. Hopefully it will last 12 yrs like my LBZ has.

    I would check to make sure all your fuses are getting good connection. Mainly the ECM fuses. I had the same issue on mine several years ago. Different symptoms but my cluster did funny things and the a/c compressor wouldn’t kick on. Chased that problem for months until I finally found the bad...

    Well I did it myself :eek: First time adjusting any valves in a looonnngg time, much less a diesel LOL....soooo I wouldn’t be surprised if they need readjusted. Can it be done by just pulling the top half of the valve cover?

    What is the average time it has taken to get a special order truck for you guys that have done it? I’m tired of settling for what’s on the lot and not getting what I really want. Thinking of ordering my next one in the near future. Also, how has it been dealing on the price?
