    Im in the Bay Area and I live in a county that has a "shelter" in place until April 7th. We are to all stay in our homes for anything other than essential reasons ie food, medical or helping a family member do those things.

    Try this. With the key ON remove the "PCM" fuse and then plug it back in. You'll hear it power back on, try to flash the truck again
