    So you are actually working with a late 06 LBZ (No FICM), not an 06 LLY. What "correct" psi are you getting while cranking? What work was done to it pre issue, or did it come in with the issue? It would fire and run for about 20sec if it was a low Coolant issue on the Kodiac/topkick.

    Cut my hard line section right after the 90 bends and I welded steel JIC fittings to the ends. Had Napa auto crimp me up 5/8" hydraulic hose with the correct JIC ends. Ran about $80 for everything.

    Take the pre load off, pull the keys, slide torsion bars forward about 4". The crossmember will drop out after the two outer bolts are removed.

    Sure it's not the steering shaft? My LBZ would do it at a slight left turn and while hitting a bump. Also had a clunk from the torsion bar cross member bolts loosening.

    Sounds like you have a weak CP3, have somebody with a scanner test it..., it literally takes 5min. Turning off the 0087 to report/mil with efi, you will still have low power. A new pump will run you the same $$ as EFI live, if you can swap it yourself. Check the fuel supply line near the driver...

    Totally agree with James. If you are more than 26" center of hub to top of the wheel well, you either need to crank down to 26" or less..., or invest in a 4" package. The only way to keep everything within factory specs, and keep a nice ride would be go 4".
