    Front end Rebuild

Is it the same with and without the braces...I noticed mine was stiffer with the braces, I ditched them a month later for the DHD brace instead. On a side note, our trucks do not need a steering stabilizer whatsoever. I removed mine years ago and it drives like a dream without it. The lml...

What's crazy is how much they can make on a stock bottom end with very little modification on the top end.

    Headlight Options (Housing, HID, LED)

That's what I did, but I used regular clear coat instead of any of the headlight sealers. I also used a wax and grease remover to remove all of the junk from the buffer.

    Headlight Options (Housing, HID, LED)

For my turn/drl housings I bought the cheap eBay aftermarket ones with the Amber lense deleted. I took the breather caps off and melted the holes closed, I put epoxy all the way around the outside edge where the two halves meet. I've lived in snow, rain and now heat and they held up great for...

    Questions about lowering

Stock keys with bolts almost all the way out like Josh said is a pretty good place to be. That might even be a little too low for removing overload and shackles in the back. Just match the front to back With any positive offset you shouldn't get rubbing. My 305s clear on a 4/6 drop.

    Questions about lowering

Lowering keys will absolutely create inner tire wear than alignment will not compensate for. Been there done that. Lowering spindles changed the angle of the tie rod, also a bad idea. Plus you have to run a min 18" wheel Get lowering control arms, I have 3" djm LCA's and they don't create any...

    Front Diff ID

Yeah if I hadn't gotten the info I needed that's what I would have done, I'm just going to split my case and reseal it at this point. Just trying to save time by swapping the one I had laying around

    Front Diff ID

Spinning the pinion spins neither side unless I actuate the diff and I don't have it hooked to the truck. But it won't work anyway so it doesn't matter I guess haha

    Front Diff ID

I was trying to take the easy way out and not have to split my case in half to fix the oil leak, o well Spin the pinion trick never works right for me, I know I'm doing it right but it always comes out way off, hold one side spin the pinion and look at the other side, simple but not accurate imo

    Front Diff ID

Well that totally sucks ass, I'm pretty sure my truck is 3.73s as that's factory isn't it Anyone know the RPO code off the top of their head for gear ratio for these trucks

    Front Diff ID

How to ID a front Diff with no sticker. I got a spare that has the sticker attached. Mine doesn't have the sticker, it's destroyed. How to tell what the gear ratio is? are there any identifying markings on the case or numbers? Sticker below is of the spare diff out of an 06 2500 gasser
