    P0500

Our puller dose the same, I quit worrin about it. we are running a 01tcm os, not sure if it has anything to do with that or not, always reads speed and works and shifts correctly in low range.

forward facing t-stat housing hose options

Are 05 lly and 06 lbz stock turbos the same?

LLY will flow more, comp. inducer is larger while the hub is smaller makes for much more blade area. exducers are the same. LLY turbine wheel is larger as well as a much larger housing.

    Rear end parts?

I think Truck setup and R/P setup has all to do with R/P life, Our current R/P is 3 seasons old, 2 seasons with duals and installed in 2 different rear housings. Our truck always hooks smooth and a "pro" sets our gears up.....or maybe we just arnt making any power!!!:D

    If you had your choice...

It isn't any easier here, I searched for a while to put a set of 4 NBS 17s together!

    If you had your choice...

I ran 17" gm wheels befor, 3" spacer on the hub and a 1.5 in between, put me about 101" that was with 33, 12.5 sts though. the gm wheels are 1/2" wider than the dodge wheels! our 3.15s are on 16x10 real wheels they were 101 wide on the SRW rear and are 105" wide on the dually rear.

Anyone powder coat white under the hood?

Ive had decent luck with White, be sure to get it cleared afte coating, helps a lot with keeping clean. But, in the end, no matter what it wont stay as nice as some other colors will!

    If you had your choice...

we ran the crap outta sts, this year with a majorty of bad tracks and power going up, the 33 sts just wernt cutting it any more, moving to 35 bfgs was a huge gain for us, but were runiing a final drive in the low 13s, the final drive of 73s and 4th is in the 10.s sometimes ya gotta slow...
  14. 05_LLY

    If you had your choice...

With 4th and 3.73s you have more speed than you need, Id look at going to bfgs or at2's if your tracks are that loose, sts will move to much dirt....kinda like the boggers..... I love sts's but the bfgs will stomp them on a loose track.

Let's Talk About Electric Water Pumps

I often thought about the heater hose, ive seen guys block them, I always chose to run the line even if no heater is used as I figured it was a place to relieve pressure in a closed t stat situation. I also have been running with holes drilled in the t stats on purpose built trucks, seems...

    Question: Going duals

They are actually longer, about 3" per side, tubes on a DRW are almost twice as thick as SRW, both are 3.5"!
