    Its hard to control the end user, when most guys install kits on there own they over tighten the clamps and oval out the pipe, therefore never getting a proper seal once removing. This makes it more user friendly, we aren't all master technicians you know :)

    Its most likely your intake manifold, its either your gasket or the actual intake manifold. They get brittle and crack. Ive done 2 and for this exact reason. But make sure you smoke test it first so you can determine if its the gasket or the Manifold itself as you wouldn't want to re seal it and...

    No not at all, I tested because I had the tester not because I thought I had a leak. I did find that my vBand is cracked, so I got it fixed by HSP

    Make an adapter or your intake and pressure test it. I ran mine up to 60psi before I found my leak at the Vband

    You need to solder the factory harness back in and buy the proper install kit from a company like Metra. The truck will operate fine with no issues. The same company will also have a chime module that will replace the factory chimes.

    Anyone know a good place to get an HID kit

    DDM tuning, they are in CA, cheap, Bright, lifetime warrant, ive used them on probably 50 vehicles. All working great.
