    LML oil pump conversion info....

Not much just enough to clear the pickup if i rember correct it's right down the middle. Tthe bolts still hold the windage tray in so it bo big deal. You will see when you get to it.

    LLY - Cracked piston

Does it look like they attempted to neutral balance it at all? I was going to go that route if my stocker shits.

    Van Tune Express

I've never had good luck with lowering the boost for mpg from stock. But I'm at 55-6k feet so that's likely why. Just make sure your not crusing around with 70%+ on the vain position to keep the back pressure down. Get the timing up around 8-10 degrees cruising down the highway 70-80mph and that...

    LBZ low boost? 18psi.

Josh is right your scan tool is a turd most likely. Sae/generic map reads shit on my end and map2/gm enhanced matches the baro pretty close.

    LBZ low boost? 18psi.

Another thing that affects boost you can check are intake air temp, if it's around 68-111F you should be good anything above or below it's taking boost away. All the LBZ's I ever messed with always had hot intake air temps, I was thinking it should be cold now but you being in Phoenix it might...

    LBZ low boost? 18psi.

I can check a LMM here in a bit basically it's same ecm arrangement= Baro sensor on the ECM. Check your 5v supply to Map the sensor to if it's low the MAP sensor will also read low.

    LBZ low boost? 18psi.

Check the Baro sensor reading if you can, i've seen a couple go bad and the ecm was using the high altitude boost tables. Bad news it's not replaceable and it's on the ecm.

LLY Rebuild - Break in Procedure

For priming I put "some" (not a lot) white lithium grease in the oil pump when I had it apart for inspection to help create a good suction. Left the glow plugs out, disabled the fuel system, and spun it over with the starter until it got oil pressure. Mine got oil pressure pretty fast.

    LLY - Cracked piston

My buddies LB7 I put 100's in when his stock injectors started hazing it has a stock CP3 and LBZ regulator it was maxd out 1450-1500ish pulse and would hold 165ish mpa but it was a stock turbo/motor truck. It ran good to for a only having the single stock pump but it was in good shape...

My Country Boy Limo. 06 LBZ

Does ceramic coating the polished wheels help quite a bit? I figured about the only thing to make them stay nice without polishing everytime they got wet was the sharkhide stuff.

Air filters for High CFM air flow?

Yeah I was but I also live in Northern Nevada to so quite a few dirt roads have the powdery bug dust. Maybe the prodry might be ok on street truck that never see's a dirt road but who knows. I'd build a air box I've been wanting to do something for a while because my intake air temps have got...

Air filters for High CFM air flow?

The current one i'm using on my twin truck is a AFE (72-90041) with a pre filter (28-10143) . I also used 5" 90 with a 5.5" radius from summit p/n APH-10796 I tried the AFE Pro dry first p/n 21-90041 and it let fine dust through so I went back to a oiled filter the pro gard 7 above, no more...

    Mileage issues?

Weight does not make a big deference hauling it's the wind resistance thats the killer. Example I have 8.5x16 enclosed trailer that's 2ft taller for a sxs probably weighs 2500lbs unloaded. It get within 1-2 mpg hauling that thing around by itself vs hauling my 5th wheel with that same trailer...

    Mileage issues?

Loose the banks tuner and get a custom tune.

    Mileage issues?

Yup it's all about wind resistance, that camper is a big o'l wind sail. Tire's and the lift definately are not helping either, there might be about 1/2-1mpg to be gained if your lucky with a good tune. 8.5-10 hauling wide/tall enclosed trailers, campers, 5th wheel trailers ect is the norm.

Edge CTS2 questions and a problem

The one I had ended being a junk radio adapter for a aftermarket radio. It caused all kinds of ECM, TCM, ABS, Cluster communication codes, dash would stop working, and a dead pedal to. It was intermittent also and took forever to figure out, I swapped ECM, TCM, Cluster checked the wiring...
