    Kinda hard to believe an injector will clog up when there’s 30k psi flowing through them, anything making it through the filter will just get blasted to nothing.

    For trucks I think hybrid is the only way. The F150 lightening is terrible. But their hybrid option with the ecoboost seems decent. Gm has the best electric for towing but still you’re very mile limited even a 20% increase in efficiency will still be laughable for towing range.

    Could definitely benefit from a better turbo. I would run a 72mm ball bearing with a 87 turbine. That would easily make 800hp and have good street manners. If you’re towing kinda changes things haha

    Yea never had an issue. I have an 08 and my friend has a 10 with the JL4 and they run identical both hold 120mm3 entire way down the track.

    I’ve never had a problem with it pulling power on an LMM with traction control and stability control disabled. Now on LML it does turn back on after 45mph(something like that can’t remember the exact mph)even if it still shows it’s disabled

    I’m not 100% sure. Had a truck that would boost creep at idle and start dumping fuel into the exhaust. Ghost regen, EGR opening, or cat plugging. Not sure what was going on ?

    They work when the truck feels like it ? I also found if map sensor isn’t working correctly the truck will run in some weird mode I haven’t figured out why yet.

    100% turbo limp. On my dad’s LMM with a 65mm the turbo was making more than commanded boost going up hill. Most tunes have the number of seconds until it checks itself maxed out that’s why you don’t have the issue driving around.

    Yes and no lol 17-19 you can clear easily with most scan tools. 20+ is a pain in the ass and you’ll need a scan tool that can clear the DIC Edit. If you can’t clear a message on the dic, try clearing it with the engine off key on, and engine on. The DIC needs a signal from the ecm that...

    Always had issues with hpt box. Worst case flash back to stock entire. Reflash entire. Clear codes and should take.

    What did you use to unlock the ecm? Did you clear codes before starting? I’ve seen a couple trucks completely ignore the tune change either until a couple restarts or disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries. Strangest things ??‍♂️

    1200 whp LLY Build

    LML block, SoCal narrow journal crank, Carrillo rods, fingers cast pistons. Be prepared to spend $50k for the engine and supporting mods. And make sure you have another $50k sitting in your bank you can lite on fire incase something in the motor fails.

    Raising LMM compression

    I think the reason OEM has been dropping compression is for NOx emissions reduction. For some reason an L5P with a stock tune will shoot out a puff of smoke on startup. Can’t be good for a DPF but I haven’t figured out if it’s from lowered compression or if making it start rich lowers NOx ??‍♂️
