    its fine. the fluid will be close to the hot mark when the trans temp gets to about 180-200. Allisons would rather be a touch low then over filled

    the scary part is there serious. I had to replace a front cover on a 6.4 ford that was 4 years old with 45k at the time coolant ate a hole right though to the crank case. I've also seen a bunch of coolant system corrosion on 6.0 fords. never seen a chevy do anything like that unless the last guy...

    Kodiak head gaskets

    when I did Kodiak head gaskets I unbolted the front mounts loosened the rear mounts and tip the cab back and put a 6x6 block in the front between the cab and frame. got me where I needed to be and if I remember right only had to disconnect the steering shaft

    you melted it by making a wot pass without getting a supporting tune. your injectors where spraying 40% more fuel then the tune thought it was.

    Let's see how many people are interested in crossmembers. I am willing to make them if the demand makes it worth while. As of now they fit 01-10 5 or 6 speed Allison trucks.

    Got the hangers moved this weekend. Not to bad of a job until it turned into a rear frame repaint
