    i always mig weld a tail to them and grab them with vise grips or weld a tail then a nut to them sometimes it takes a few nuts before the bolt will come out but always does. ive done hundreds that way

    hard facts. there is no good reason to remove the factory filter unless its in the way of a compound. even then i would relocate it. the factory filter provides no performance restriction and protects all that fancy expensive fuel system stuff. ;)

    yes I felt the check valves took to much vacuum to open. I have used the vibrants on my truck the time before and they where open.

    I ran 2 separate lines and fitting to the exhaust. I spaced the the fittings about 4 inches apart front to back and clocked them about 30 degrees apart. I put the about 6 inches after the bend from the down pipe flange. so about where the bell housing meets the tranny case

    I just did a setup with the moroso stuff I ended up hollowing out the check valves. the moroso fitting are 3/4 so you need to setup up the hose from 5/8 at the valve cover. I ran 2 lines unfortunately I cant find any picturers

    I also love my l5p. I had some weird shifts and a lurch while breaking when it new but after they did a " emissions update recall" it all went away. ive put 17k on mine. I think it passes great. yes I would love to have the speed limiter removed. my only complaint is the regens pull a decent...

    well they could take the pan back down. unbolt the pressure switch with the key on engine off use a scan tool to display the pressure switch reading use a pencil eraser to push on each one of the switches. if they all changed states then the problem is mechanical to the transmission

    2500 vs. 3500 LBZ ?

    they are about the same price when single wheel. I have a 3500 l5p single rear wheel and I think the only difference is 2 extra leafs in the rear that only get used with a heavy load. they feel the same unloaded and drive very smooth compared to the older ones.
