between 02 and 03 gm changed how the wireing works in the trucks. my Avalanche was 02 and the donor was 05, I had to change all of my wireing from the donor to save myself a year of probing wires. Not to bad to do.- Alaska_AV

was driving it a bit and she started some surging crap first she would sputter at 65mph then stall at 2000rpm. once warmed up noticed temp drop/ t stat open? then no more running good. changed fuel filter already. also some idol surging thinking of shimming the fuel rail pressure valve...- Alaska_AV

took the beast out on the road some. also got some wiring done. full time drl's and all 4 on high. got the rear bumper lifted 2 inches and tried to get the second fuel tank to pump but no luck. guess that needs work- Alaska_AV

That's not me in the pic. It was Carlson Gracie Jr when he was last at my wifes studio. My daughter is 2nd deg black belt in Tang soo doo. Going for second in jujitsu and does a mixed art. She is also a jr instructor..... Www.akmartialarts.com Lol. I play the wife at all the studio...- Alaska_AV

Finally found time to get both heads off. The front of the right head gasket looks suspect. Didn't find the smoking gun I was looking for. Everything looks good, heads don't apper warped. Time to order new gaskets n bolts. Not getting studs now, if I ever plan on horse powering up I'll switch...- Alaska_AV
