    Screw-in Injector Cups

Are you suggesting ordering the !! kit and having a machine shop do it? or is there another place that sells threaded cups? I am getting ready to pull the heads on a lb7 for studs, gaskets and 60% injectors, haven't put any thought into threaded cups but might not be a bad idea while its apart.

LLY: Built motor, duel cp3, gtx4088, stock injectors?

Good :thumb: and congrats on the new truck! As already suggested I would send your current injectors out to Exergy and have them honed at least 60% flow'd and balanced. Not sure what pumps you have had bad luck with in the past but I have had really good luck with Air Dog.

LLY: Built motor, duel cp3, gtx4088, stock injectors?

Definitely add a lift pump, seems ridiculous to spend all that money building a motor and NOT even tune it  Do you know the guy? get receipts? or talk to PPE about the build?

Kryptonite ultimate front end package stage 3

Kryptonite/rare parts Makes quality stuff, I was happy with it on my previous truck. As far as the sway bar end links, check out Cognito's HD links They hold up really well and aren't priced bad. I would avoid the Cognito HD tie rods though, they don't last.

    Dyno 12-21-15

Sometimes its just fun to guess ;) There are way to many varaibles with a dyno to accurately guess. That said, my old CCSB LLY made 540 on the dyno way back when it only had tuning, lift pump, 30% injectors and a built transmission (Stock turbo, stock CP3).. That was 6 years ago and it ran...

    Turbo oiling issues

In & out - what would you consider worry sum? any and all movement? I notice i can often pull enough to make a "click" in and out but very minimal movement which i assume is normal?

LB7: 11B_Dmax project? thread nahh just a log to keep track of what i did

What kind of a lift? If its a actual 4" lift kit (Not just cranking bars) Most kits recommend 4.5 B/S to avoid the wheels hitting the aftermarket spindles. On my 05 I ran 35-12.5-18's and on my 2012 35-12.5-20's with a 4" lift. I trimmed on both and have more then enough room for full suspension...

    Rough Country 6" lift

Check your torsion bolts to see how far they are cranked, They still work exactly the same as they would from the factory without the drop brackets. If they are cranked you should be able to drop the front a 1" maybe 2" by simply backing the bolts out, but you will need to get it re aligned...

    Fass 150??

I would buy one new one and put it in the valley, put the high mileage unit up top. Should be more then sufficient for the power range you want to be in, and if there is issues later on it will be a lot easier to change out the high mileage pump. IMO…

    Cordless Impact Gun, suggestions please

Used the 1/2 Impact today for the first time switching wheels on one of my super duty's, Worked great! 32 lugs later the battery was still registering full and it didn't seem like it was working hard at all to bust the lugs loose :thumb: My only complaint is now I've become obsessed with buying...
