    All the times I switched mine out I just ran it in by hand until it got really tight. I didn't want to compress the crush any more. It's been working for three years now.

    sounds like it just needs the coolant topped off. The water pump tends to make itself pretty obvious when its gone bad as it will leak out the weep hole.

    I use rare parts tie rods with stock center link and an all season brace. It's held up very well

    Replacing Rear differential yoke

    I measured the threads that stuck past the nut. As I tightened I could feel where it was togt and started to add some crush so I stopped. Been over two years like that and no problems.

    It's been a while since I bought it but I think it was around 10.00 a gallon cheaper than transynd. I had to buy it in bulk as it only came in 1 gallon jug, 12 gallon or 55 gallon drum. I bought the little barrel and split it with another guy.

    I've had really good luck with quatrasyn. It's been in for about three years and 60,000 miles and is still nice and red when I change the spin on.

    I had one on my truck for a bit not long after I bought in in 07. It was a fun tuner. Woke the truck up over stock. Nothing compared to efi live but you gotta start somewhere.

    I would be posting a thread showing off the new truck I just bought not one asking if I should. That sounds like a great work truck to drive to keep the miles and wear off the good truck.

    If you need it and can wait a couple days, I can drop it in the mail tomorrow. I can trim it to fit in a small flat rate box. Just send it back when you're done.
