    My front end is stock except for tie rid sleeves. No problems. I came from the half ton world and even the big power guys generally run on stock front ends. Coming to the diesel world it was strange to me to see people breaking front end parts.

    Is your DEF tank still installed and wired in? Might be your DEF pump still pumping. Unplug the big bale connector on the frame near the back of the DEF tank.

    Do the fass and CTS first. You won't need the tuner to run those. The rest will require the tune to be flashed.

    You can start working on it but you won't be able to drive it until you flash the tune. It will go to reduced engine power mode if you don't have the tune flashed.

    Tried that too, can't get it in there. I think I'm going to have to pull the coolant tube. I have to drain some coolant anyway to hook up the EGR delete hoses, so I guess it there's not much reason not to.

    Only way I'd say not to pay it off is if you were in a 0% interest loan. If someone is loaning you money for free, there is no financial incentive to pay ahead of schedule. If you are paying interest, definitely pay it off.
