We are required to wear safety shoes and glasses. Of course when the upper echelon rolls through they don't need it as long as they stay "in the walkways". Can't say I've seen any of the non-company drivers wearing any safety equipment

Right. The operating system can even still be swapped in the OE vehicle if you keep the correct segments for the other parts of the system

Interesting. I take it the filters are lower than the pumps? I'm still using an adapter on the OE filter head. I bet you could create a pin hole air bleed and route it back to the tank vent

Is your filter before the pumps? I know John advises against that, I don't see how any filter setup would give issues if plumbed after the pumps. Original install on mine was 2010 so it's had plenty of time to show bugs

    Swap into a 2001

01 to 02 is the same. 03 was the change over for larger cooler ports, but you can get adapter fittings anyway. Realistically you can use anything 01 to 05

Love the pumps, but that module he sells can eat a bag of dicks. Burnt one up like a year after purchase, John sent me one under warranty and he claimed it had moisture intrusion. Well not really my problem as it's tied up on the firewall... Replacement module had issues a few years later and...

    Fixing my LBZ/ truck build

Shouldn't be an issue soaking that comp wheel in some aluminum wheel cleaner

With an engine swap setup, I would just run any LMM operating system you can find, you'll just need to do a full flash. The ecm isn't talking to any other modules correct? If there's a dsp file in there already, get your switch wired up correctly

So the guy charged for a dsp5 tune? If he didn't scam you and actually loaded a dsp tune, you should be able to fix the switch and move on with life. With your scanner you'll be able to log the switch voltage to verify it's working

I have a few files I've wrote and you're more than welcome to have one. But they're based around stock turbo, never messed with the 4094 base. That size turbine is known to come up a little slower than most deem to be desirable. What stall is your torque converter?

Bought, wrecked, rebuilding a 2009 LMM

Hmm, yea I see the desire to pick one in stock. But to be honest I'd just order one, the grind I wanted was in stock for a 112lsa but I ordered a 108lsa, only took 5 or 6 weeks

Bought, wrecked, rebuilding a 2009 LMM

Saves on fuel when it's only 7cyl. Fingers crossed I went with a Howard's cam, their max certified line has a 5yr warranty

Was not loading this morning. Finally got through. And apparently I'm going to need to invest in a bench harness

    I need my head examined. 2002 GMC 2500 6.0 4x4 hoopdie.

Lucky for me everyone seems to be the "fix it man" themselves. So I'll go over to help but no need to bring tools

    Rear pinion seal

If the surface finish is smooth that's possible. The seal he has pictured, the ID doesn't appear to be designed to spin on the yoke

    Rear pinion seal

Well idk, now I'm confused. I looked up the part # you have in the picture and I'm not sure how that's supposed to work. I've always used the two piece setup that you drive a wear sleeve onto the yoke and a standard type pinion seal into the housing.
