    Crazy thing, yesterday my HVAC guy was here. Has the same van but the cargo model(front a/c only). Mentioned this issue to him and he says mine is the same way since next to new(bought it used). So we jump in it while i watch data and sure enough, it does the exact same thing under throttle.

    According to mitchells there is only 1 expansion valve, at the rear evaporator. Which is a long way from the compressor.

    I have a 6500 rollback in here with several issues. Took care of an in tank fuel pump issue. Then had a P2459 excess regen DTC. Service regen finishes successfully. But test driving, it blows black smoke under hard accel and 1 or 2 injectors will fuel knock pretty bad. It sets no codes...
