    Fuel in oil

Don't get reman lines, especially from Lincoln Diesel. I bought a set that were worse than my factory lines when they arrived, and getting them to stand behind them was like pulling teeth. The new aftermarket options are intriguing, but I don't have any experience with them. Sent from my...

    coolant leak

Not something I have heard of happening much. Is it still consuming coolant? How fast? You could unhook the coolant lines to the turbo, cap one end of the turbo, and pressurize the other end to 20 PSI. Watch to see if the pressure leaks down or not. Any other history on the truck? LLYs are...

    Fuel in oil

At least some (probably most?) of it, yeah. I know when I tried to reuse questionable lines on my Suburban, a lot of the fuel was leaking out the top between the line and the nut. But I believe some of it was also going into the oil.

    Changing turbo setup

Took almost 7 months, but the compounds are done. Well, almost done. The shop managed to crack the left front accessory bracket that holds my air compressor, so I have to get the replacement powder coated. And the tuning has a ways to go. A million little things because I am OCD and very...

    Fuel in oil

Yeah, if it is getting that much it has to be a CP3 front seal or a high pressure feed line.

    Fuel in oil

High pressure lines can go bad in months if they get water on them, but so long as you carefully inspected them, they can be fine. I would recommend doing a pressure test of the return lines, since it doesn't require removing the valve covers. Then you can at least rule them out at the cost of...

    Fuel in oil

When you put the injectors back in did you pressure/vacuum test the return line before closing up the heads? How the the high pressure fuel lines look, any corrosion or putting on the ends? Sent from my FlashScan V2 using Tapatalk

01-10 steering box redhead ,PSC ,OEM

PSC was adamant their warranty is 1 year from date of purchase (not install), not a day more. They'll fix it for $90/hr plus parts cost. We're going to call again Monday and see if the one dude was just in a bad mood, but if that's how they're going to handle it, I'll probably have a different...

01-10 steering box redhead ,PSC ,OEM

I run 35" tires (BFG All Terrain KO2) on OEM H2 rims, no lift (it's a GMC so a little trimming of the bumper and it clears). Stock centerlink, Kryptonite idler, weld in idler brace, DHD steering brace, and rare parts tie rods. I'm going to call PSC today and see what they say, but until this is...
