    Figured i'd update this, ordered new fuel lines from the tank to engine and they fit perfect. I just ordered the fl489f for tank to tank lines. From all the pictures I've seen they look exactly the same and have the same quick connect type as my 2003. Should know forsure this weekend or early...

    Only hard parts were head gaskets and i think glow plug module. Maybe it was just an updated flash.

    Head gaskets didn't start to change till the very beginning of 2006 (production date). The way to identify it is check the corner of the headgasket, crimped is old style and riveted is new style. Both styles do fail but crimped are worse about it. *mostly based on personal experiences

    I googled part numbers and got overpriced stuff from Amazon or companies I'm not familiar with. Rather deal with a company I know than try and save $50 and get ****ed.

    Transfer case bolts are easy with a 12 point wrench, converter bolts will be difficult without air tools but doable.
