    Cp4 failures can be hit or miss. Clean fuel is key, you're pretty much guaranteed issues if you get a tank of water. Don't count on GM to warranty a fuel system either. They'll try to find a way to get out of covering it. There are arguments that a lift pump may help but no real proof...

    Make sure they don't have the plug for the fuel pressure regulator on the pump switched with the fuel temperature plug. Seen it before, usually presents as a no start though. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

    VGT solenoid pigtail connector

    Sounds like vgt actuator. Previous generations of Duramax used engine oil pressure to control the vgt. On these engines the sweep or self test could only happen with the engine running. The l5p uses an electric actuator to control vgt. I'm not sure why it sweeps every time you open the door or...

    Blew turbo hose off. Truck won't run

    How long did you drive it with the blown IC tube? If you drove a while probably plugged the DPF. Doesn't take long hundred miles or less could face plug DOC and or DPF. Can't believe dealer can't figure that out though Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
