Water Pumps- Welded/ Pinned or No?

I think the machine shop charge to pin mine was only $50. Cheap insurance IMO.

I had my AC Delco pinned when it was replaced. Cheap enough to do.

LML Passenger side up pipe removal

Just as any FYI for in the future- I've done this 100X and it works great for leverage. If you can get a wrench on the bolt/nut you're removing but you have no leverage then just put a small strap over the end of the wrench to get it loose. I have a small 4' lifting strap with loops on both...

Aww man... That really sucks. This is one of my favorite transplants so far. I agree with Dave that this board is nowhere near as bad as most and i have never seen anyone put someone down that was doing a transplant as they are what guys like us dream we could do. If you decide to share again...

You'll be happy with it. That should be a pretty good setup for the 800 mark and still have decent driveability.

HELP! Turdblow decisions, decisions, decisions. ......

It really does. I know those poor injectors are getting a workout...lol Yeah it tows good on flat ground. I lock out overdrive on the hills which keeps it in 4th and it does really good for me.

HELP! Turdblow decisions, decisions, decisions. ......

Hey- Honestly the turbo runs great even with me having stock injectors. You converter stall should be OK for running a 475 yet still allowing you to tow when needed and be pretty street able. I've always found it to be super easy to tow with mine just locking O/D out so i don't hit 5th and...

HELP! Turdblow decisions, decisions, decisions. ......

But the S475 looks better.. haha I'm running a S475/87/.90 on mine with stock injectors and it's driveability is amazing. With the right converter and TCM tuning it makes all the difference in the world. If you're ever over this way in SC I'd be happy to let you drive it and see how you like...

Sub- I have a Sportsman and it has done me well so far. Thinking about throwing another sportsman over top of it in a dual kit though as I'll be doing bigger injectors soon.

    Airdog 165 failure

They did. I've talked with them a few times and they had a bad batch of motors where the seal between the gerotor gear and the electric motor would fail causing fuel to get past the seal into the electric motor and burn it up. I sent them a bunch of pictures of pictures to them of the seal i...

    Airdog 165 failure

FYI you can buy a new motor from Airdog to put on it for ~$200- and i believe they send you a new warranty paper so in case it fails again. That's what i did and have got three new motors on warranty because they have failed. SUPER easy to replace the motor.
