    Double check maf idle readings and make sure you don't have any leaks. A squirt bottle with soapy water might help you find some of your low end power leaking out of a pipe connection.

    Depends. I've had several engines apart that were fine but had valve "witness marks" in the carbon on top of the pistons. If it didn't take a beating, I'd say there's still a chance they aren't toast.

    I have it as, camshaft exciter ring bolts- 80 lb-in. Camshaft position sensor bolt- 89 lb-in. Camshaft thrust plate bolt- 16 lb-ft. Camshaft gear bolt 173 lb-ft.

    I thought you were talking about the Everlast. Had to go look to realize it was the Lincoln. Ebay has them listed. I've bought both my Everlast tig/stick and mig on there. Both landed in less than a week and they go on sale from time to time to get a better price than the Everlast website.

    Check out Everlast welders. Despite the red and blue faithful saying otherwise, they've been awesome so far for moderate use in my shop. I've gone to their welders for both mig and tig and been really happy considering I couldn't touch a Miller/Lincoln for the price. Warranty is good at 5 years...

    1200* isn't dangerous high but it does seem on the high side for what you're towing. Boost seems in the range I might expect so I'm not sure you have a boost leak but it definitely won't hurt to double check and cross it off the list.
