pulled the other tune from my email on my phone, hopefully it works. Never zipped a file via my phone before…didn’t know I could.

Tune File 0041, is the current Version 4 tune in the truck and was the tune file used for the Dyno pull. Last Friday I submitted two log files for review by Blake, that was one of them. I suspect I’ll get an update this week or at least feedback on his review of them. I’ll post the second one...

I was at 2300us on Version 3 and it didn’t really smoke under WOT. They turned it up to around 2400us because they felt it had more to give. I suspect you’re correct on it needing 2500+ for 800+. They made mention 2800 would be the absolute limit, but not recommended. Target of the build was to...

I don’t have a boost gauge, only ECM reading on the Edge Insight so I don’t exactly know. It should be capable of hitting 55psi of boost. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Was able to make some good passes on the Dyno one cooler day here in Phoenix. 762hp and 1551tq. Pretty stoked with those numbers. Tune could give more as I think they’re only at 2400us on the pulse width. For now, I’m going to keep it where it’s at. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I used a Chisel and it helped for sure. I also beat the chisel down the inside to collapse the bushing. Got it all done relatively quick once the 2nd bushing came out. Definitely hits better when the power rolls in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks for the tip, I’ll see if I have a metal object that could work as a wedge. Haha, I tried sliding a sawzall blade through that slot hoping to cut it in half…decided against it as my Sump fuel lines were near by. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well I’ve been working on installing the Caltracs, and boy is that 23yr old bushing a bastard. Tried doing it with the leaf spring still on the truck. Abandoned that theory after 2hrs. Air hammer couldn’t get it done, so I took the whole leaf spring off and successfully wore out my forearm using...

I needed to pull a log for tune 5 validation and figured I'd share it given one asked a few responses back. I needed to ZIP it in order to attach it. @Bdsankey - Received the CalTracs, thank you very much. I'll hopefully get those installed this weekend.

It’s the stock trans cooler. Upgraded lines, but didn’t upgrade the cooler, part of the nickels & dimes I tried to save. Looks like I’ll be purchasing a larger trans cooler before summer hits [emoji16]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    February '26 Chat -- The Shortest....and Longest....Month

That sucks about rolling your truck, nice to see you walked away with minor concerns! As for working on old stuff because the new stuff is “junk”. I tend to agree, waffled for 6-months to a year and finally decided the $$ spent fixing the old truck would likely be more reliable than waiting for...

600000 plus mi , hello fellow D Max owners

Dang, that’s cool. What have you needed to replace? Not counting alternator and items like this. Transmission still stock? How may injector sets have you been through? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My onboard computer lies, so I have to manually calculate MPG. Per my onboard computer I averaged 21.5mpg. However when I manually calculate miles and use gallons filled, it’s normally about 3-4mpg less than what the onboard computer says. I’ll do some more calcs as I lost track of the first...

Well, I drove her home this weekend (1200mile trip). Plan on doing the first oil change this afternoon before the super bowl starts. In follow up to the rail pressure concerns, it did turn out to be a scaling issue with the LML fuel pressure sensor used on the DP customs fuel block, which...

I'll see if I can get a current log, the truck is still in their possession and I'm currently 4hrs south of the shop until later this week. I'll give them a call when they open and try to find out what relief they used. I'll ask about scaling, or pass along the suggestion. I know them fairly...

Looking for a sanity check, really looking for education as I wait for some diagnostics. Short story, I arrived Monday (26th) to get the truck and they let me know it's been having fuel rail pressure issues on Tunes 4 & 5 (last week it had these issues and they thought it was resolved, further...

At Chevy1925, whomever else might know. I pick up the LB7 on Monday, and will drive it home by the end of the week. The drive home will finish the break-in, and I’ll do the first oil change on it. After that, I’d like to go get it on a Dyno, which leads me to the question; where here in...

Thanks for fixing that. My phone updated at the same time and I thought something was goofy with my new iOS. did some messing around, gave up and just downloaded the tapatalk app. Might prefer the browser function though, so thanks again. Looks like I owe something into the Brad fund. [emoji848]
