Not sure where to post fuel sender question

I note that many GM descriptions of the device in the fuel tank call it a 'fuel pump'. Confuses lots of people.

    Brakes making PS pump whine

It's difficult to find a good power steering pump at a parts store. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/chevrolet,2002,silverado+2500,6.6l+v8+diesel+turbocharged,1380271,steering,power+steering+pump,7380 I would pick the GM OEM at the bottom of the list. The attachment has an excellent...

No crank no start after pin out TCM harness plug in

If your engine (ECM) does not think that the truck is in neutral or park, no crank is the result. It would be nice if you had a scan tool to tell you what the ECM indicates in this regard.

    LB7 falling on its face

That's really low. If you hadn't said that the EGR was closed after cleaning, I would have said that the EGR was open. I've seen posts with about 23-24 when EGR open, but none that low. If the stock intake piping where the MAF sits has been replaced with larger diameter piping, that might be the...

What is it called and if you have a part number

There are 2 varieties, one rounded, one pointed. I think they both work, but one is for 4WD

    2022 L5P Parasitic Draw TSB

It would be nice to have access to a graphing voltmeter that you could leave connected overnight or over an extended period when the electrical system is asleep. Works like a charm if you can't find the problem otherwise

    Tcm grounding?

The diagram covers several years, so keep that in mind. The notation on the ground on the driver's side shows that it is for RPO LB7. Jason is correct, as usual. That means that other RPOs will ground at the back passenger side of the block. It's a little confusing to interpret these diagrams at...

    P0652

Maybe something in the attachment will prompt you to look at something differently. From your description sure sounds like short maybe in the APP sensor/circuit

Static transmission fluid leak at the drivers side under radiator

There are no transmission lines/fluid on the driver's side. Maybe power steering fluid? Or just some coolant? Outside possibility it s the trans cooler leaking, but not at all likely.

    Fuel sender replacement

Make dammed sure that you have the bed and canopy secured, no matter which way you do it. And test your method to be sure it works.

Where on your trip with the camper did you have the P0087 pop up?

It helps to have Pollak connectors on both sides of that truck-to-trailer connection.

    Advice on LBZ trans rebuild

I rebuilt a trans some time ago. I asked for some pro help from a local shop. The shop told me that there could be problem signs that I very well may miss and flub the rebuild. It's kind of like putting rings on a piston. If you understand the key things to look for, it's easy to do it...
